We welcome Joe Barsotti back to The Carlton for a "Global Wine Dinner." Joe worked for some of the major companies in the Wine industry before he decided to use his years of relationship building to start his own company. Today, his portfolio is extensive and he represents wineries from all over the world! We will be sampling outstanding selections from Spain, Italy, France, Australia and California paired with Executive Chef Mark Swomley's extraordinary cuisine!
