1st course: Albariño – fritto misto of seasonal vegetables, calamari, house pickled peppers

2nd course: Cuvée Blanc – carrot gazpacho, creme fraiche, carrot top salsa verde, sesame seed granola

3rd course: Rosé – sugar snap peas, fresh strawberries, ricotta salata, lemon vinaigrette

4th course: Dolcetto Lagrein – braised beef cheek + parmigiana raviolo, sauce espangnole

5th course: Pinot Noir – seared duck breast, barley risotto, rainbow chard, agrodolce

Nittany Lion Inn Winemaker Dinner

Seating capacity for this event is limited to one hundred guest so if you are interested please respond at your earliest convenience. Seating is banquet style at table rounds with 8 to 10 seats each so if there are friends you would like to be sat with please make sure to mention it during your reservation request. Our team will reach out a week prior to the event and request payment. We will also accept payments at the door the night of the event. The cost of the event is $95 person including gratuity and tax. The evenings attire is country club casual.  It can get cool as the sun goes down so if you get cold easily, like I do, you many want a light sweater or jacket.
