Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Flight Club.

Third rule of Flight Club: someone yells “drink”, you drink.


Sunday – May 27, 2018 – 6:00 pm

Three rounds.

  1. Spring Pea Soup with Yogurt and Mint
  2. Smoked Eggplant Puree, Glazed Carrots, Pickled Fennel and Pea Shoots
  3. Rouget with Bone Marrow and Red Wine Reduction,

Roasted Fingerling Potato Curry Leaf and Mustard Seed.

The sparring combatants will each pair the food courses with unique wines.

Guests will vote for best food/wine match at the end of each round.

Bonus Round

Lemon Fennel Kulfi ice cream with cashews and curry candy.


Cost $100/person

Seating very limited.
