Take a tour of Italy with dishes created by our Executive Chef and Owner Michael Calabria and wines from Barsotti Wines perfectly paired.

Our menu will include a Prosciutto and melon appetizer paired with Dal Bello Prosecco Brut “San Pietro” From Veneto

Tuscan bean soup-a hearty bean soup perfectly layered in a peasant style tradition, and a Panzanella salad paired with DaMa Cerasuolo Rose from Abruzzo

Pasta Pomodora paired with Bava Barbera di Asti From Piemonte

Chicken Fontinella- A lightly breaded chicken breast topped with a roasted red pepper sauce and freshly grated Fontinella cheese paired with Notorious Nero D’Avola from Sicily
